We understand people learn and develop in different ways and therefore offer e-learning as well as face-to-face training and coaching sessions.
Regular appraisal, attainable targets and ongoing support from the senior team enable our team members to progress and achieve their full potential. Many of our Home Managers have worked in a variety of roles in our homes including Care Assistant, Nursing Sister and Staff Nurse.
Team members required to deliver dementia care will be provided with full training, support and supervision from senior members of the team.
